"I've been with them since 2008 but have other things insured by various other companies. I thought I was getting VIP treatment when the owner himself called me. I mean I know the guy. I've had dinner with his friends and family. But nope, they have been the only company to date to deny a claim I made. They didn't even pay a visit to the residence for an inspection. The phone call was just an easy way out saying they knew the situation and and wouldn't be covering it. Here I thought I might get a little extra service for being an acquaintance and loyal customer of over 10 years. Instead I received worse service , and assumptions. It's a 2 star review because people ignore the 1 star reviews, and his staff is nice."
